Snow!
As we look out our windows upon the blanket of pure white snow,
let’s reflect upon Psalms 51 and make David’s prayer…our very own.
‘Have mercy on me, O God,
according to Your great compassion;
according to Your unfailing love,
blot out my transgressions.
Wash away all my iniquity
and cleanse me from my sin.
For I know my transgressions….
Cleanse me… and I will be clean;
wash me, and I will be whiter than snow *
…says the Lord, ‘Though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow **
Sins like scarlet Now washed Out Whiter than snow!
*Psalms 51: 1-3a, 7
**Isaiah 1:18
